Although Carlos Pagan is a self-proclaimed workaholic, he enjoys traveling the globe and indulging in different culinary delights. Carlos is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. Aside from his real estate ventures, Carlos manages three short-term beach rentals in Puerto Rico and owns 57 acres of land in Ciales, located in the mountains of Puerto Rico, where he revels in his love for landscaping, hiking, and exploring nature. He has a deep passion for architecture and interior design. Carlos enjoys exercise, walking by the lake, bird watching, trying new restaurants and bars, and is an animal lover who has rescued three cats.
